Lincoln International follows a hybrid work structure with an emphasis on in office collaboration.Our employees work in our San Francisco office Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays. Our office is located in One Embarcadero Center.
The Corporate Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for guests and play a critical role in maintaining a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this person will support a team of investment bankers and partner with the Office Manager on various administrative tasks

Regular working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Willingness and ability to work overtime is necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities for the Corporate Receptionist Side:
- Serve as main point of contact for guests, over the phone and in-person:
- Answer a multi-line phone system, direct calls appropriately, and handle inquiries professionally
- Greet and interact with guests in a warm, efficient, and professional manner
- Coordinate visitor access through the building's tenant portal
- Partner with colleagues to ensure an exceptional visitor experience
- Manage and monitor meeting room calendars via Workspace; arrange resources and catering as needed to support seamless meeting execution
- Troubleshoot minor A/V and phone issues, escalating to appropriate resources as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including daily refresh of conference room refrigerators and stocking kitchen condiments
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Report office maintenance issues to the Office Manager
- Print and bind books for internal and external meetings
Duties and Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant Side:
- Become knowledgeable of Lincoln’s TMT group and its internal and external processes
- Calendar management
- Making travel arrangements, both international and domestic using Concur
- Process expenses through Concur
- Become proficient in Salesforce; gain understanding of the deal tracker and its functionality to perform deal related tasks such as:
- Assist with entering contacts to add to marketing lists and Outlook contacts
- Research companies and contacts for active deals and post close marketing initiatives
- Work with deal team to track status of potential investors for deals through Salesforce
- Partner with the Office Manager with planning and executing internal and external events
- Complete ad hoc projects and general administrative responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- 2–3 years of comprehensive administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce and Concur a plus
- Comfortable with general office technology and troubleshooting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized with strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- A team player who values collaboration and always demonstrates professionalism

The pay range for this role is $65,000-$75,000 on an annual basis. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in San Francisco. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
