Excellent opportunity to join Betsson Group as our new Country Manager for Germany within our Zecure Gaming team.

We are currently seeking a driven Country Manager for Germany, whose objective is to position our brands as leaders in the German market. Your mission entails executing a powerful marketing strategy in conjunction with our top-tier team to solidify our brand's position as a key player in the market.

As the Country Manager, your pivotal role revolves around crafting and executing strategies that not only meet but exceed our company's objectives and market-level targets. With a specific focus on Germany, you will hold full responsibility for the brand, driving its goals forward with precision and effectiveness.

Your duties extend to overseeing brand presentation and customer acquisition within the German market. This involves building and nurturing relationships, securing deals, and identifying strategic marketing and partnership opportunities to enhance brand presence and drive growth.

Furthermore, your expertise in the market will be instrumental in providing insightful feedback to our marketing teams and supporting business development endeavors, ensuring that our strategies remain agile and aligned with market dynamics and trends.

 

A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develop a comprehensive country-specific marketing strategy, focusing on positioning and growth. Coordinate and harmonize ATL marketing expenditures with a targeted digital strategy.
  • Function as a brand strategist, leading the establishment of brand identity and devising campaign plans across multiple channels in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with third-party digital brands to expand brand collaboration opportunities.
  • Govern the development, planning, and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives tailored to the German market.
  • Analyze business and marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, delivering clear, concise, and constructive reports to the organization.
  • Oversee product localization efforts in collaboration with the content team.
  • Enhance product presentation and promotion in alignment with market demands to maximize player engagement.
  • Assume responsibility for all customer-facing aspects of the brand, including content and visual aesthetics, ensuring localization and relevance.
  • Establish objectives and define KPIs aimed at achieving a positive ROI on group campaigns in accordance with business objectives.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of all brand and marketing content.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the German market, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the gaming industry.
  • Native-level proficiency in German, coupled with fluent English and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Established network of affiliates and media partners within the online gaming sector.
  • Proficiency in various marketing channels, including Affiliates, Programmatic, Media Buying, and social media, among others.
  • Proactive in staying abreast of the latest developments in regulatory and technical aspects of online gaming within the German market.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong analytical mindset, adept at problem-solving, and possessing outstanding communication skills.
  • Make sure that all of the De-facing affiliates, as well as other marketing channels, adhere to all country regulatory guidelines and expectations.
  • Work hand in hand with our legal and compliance team
