The EMEA Leadership team are looking for a new addition to the ranks to lightspeed our ambitious growth expectations across the Netherlands.
SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
- Grow and inspire a team across the Netherlands and ensure that the Pure Culture and Values are embedded authentically into the team.
- Hire additional sales people according to business demands, always be recruiting and interviewing and represent Pure Storage as a talent magnet.
- Provide leadership to the extended Pure Storage team aligned to your district (SEs, Channel Managers, Inside Sales reps, etc.).
- Manage and enable the team’s performance related to KPIs including pipeline growth, partner team alignment, forecast accuracy, POC management. At all times maintain a 4X pipeline to goal.
- Recruit, develop and maintain excellent relationships with channel partner principals, AEs and leadership teams.
- Drive sales call activity and lead by example. Ensure that each member of the team attains or over-achieves quota.
- Be with your team and support deals where you can. Field travel is expected.
- Deliver business results which include annual bookings goal, new logo production and AE participation at or above goal.
- Performance Management as a business process. Weekly review of activities, pipeline and root causal if pipeline insufficient to deliver plan. Proven analytical and problem solving skills required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- Technology Sales Leadership experience.
- Exceptional collaboration skills with all internal stakeholders with the ability to influence all levels of the organization.
- Passionate, and persuasive with the ability to inspire others with charismatic leadership.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and business fluent Dutch.
- 10+ years successful field sales experience in storage or core Information Technology infrastructure in highly competitive environment with executive engagement across industries on C-Suite level.
- Proven track record of recruitment and associate development.
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be able to clearly and effectively articulate Pure Storage’s value proposition.
- Must be organized, detail and process oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and use sound judgment in identifying root causality and problem solving.
- Ability to coordinate Pure Storage resources to execute complex on-premise and cloud sales strategies.
- Ability to use CRM and other on-line tools effectively.
- Proximity to Headquarters in Amsterdam with the availability to travel as needed.
