Supports the Marketing and Sales divisions of Tripadvisor (GPS) and reports to the Wanderlab’s Creative Manager, Design. This role partners with internal team members, such as strategists, producers, copywriters and fellow designers, to follow a creative brief to execute visual solutions for partner campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for the production of high-quality design work for advertising campaigns and projects, including designing pixel-perfect digital advertising from the pitch stage through to final delivery and launch. This including curated microsites, static banner ads, animated banners, responsive ads, and animated banners
  • Taking creative briefs for campaigns and designing impactful digital advertising concepts across mobile and web for a diverse range of global clients
  • Building various interactive design solutions using Celtra and being the owner of the product design within the platform
  • Attending to submitted creative briefs and assigning based on designer workloads
  • Mocking up various internal products for pitch purposes
  • Formatting and refining presentations using Google Slides
  • Manage and own projects from brief to deployment working with multiple stakeholders around the globe
  • Ensure design guidelines, systems, and other best practices are followed throughout the design process
  • Maintain strong working relationships with team members and internal stakeholders to establish effective communication
  • Able to respond quickly to urgent requests and prioritize effectively to adhere to tight deadlines
  • Attend and contribute to campaign brainstorms

Skills & Experience

  •  2 - 4 years’ experience in digital design, preferably within the advertising sector
  •  Advanced working knowledge in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (more specifically Photoshop and Illustrator)
  •  Experience designing, producing and delivering content across web, mobile, social media
  •  A passion for creating stunning visuals
  •  Strong organizational and communication skills
  •  Up to date knowledge of the latest design trends
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Strong portfolio which shows experience with a range of programs and materials
