Creative Lead
OLIVER France is expanding the team for one of our clients, a company in the Wine & Spirits sector.
The Creative Lead will be responsible for all creative outputs from our Studio, from conception to delivery. The Creative Lead will be working hand in hand with the Account Director to ensure the smooth running of all incoming briefs.
What You Will Be Doing In Your Role
- Provide leadership and direction for wider creative team (Art Directors, Designer, Copywriters, Photographers, Video editors…)
- Ensure creative solutions are realised and delivered to the highest creative standards
- Oversee the initial and final stages of projects to ensure collaboration across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation
- Work closely with clients during kick-off to create strong concepts from initial briefing
- Pitch creative solutions in reponse to marketing strategies
- Challenge and develop client brand guidelines to ensure creative work is of highest standard
- Advises on team composition and evolution
- Stay up to date with current cultural and design trends
What Skills Will Help You Be Successful
- 8+ years of design industry and agency experience in a client facing capacity.
- Strong experience across strategy and content creation for international brands.
- Strong experience within the digital space (web, social media, CRM, eCom, etc).
- Experience or interest in the luxury, wine & spirits industries.
- Being able to inspire and coach a team of creative people.
- Being able to effectively prioritise and oversee multiple tasks.
- Fully native in the Adobe CC Suite.
- Fluent in both French and English.
