Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM coordinator with a "can-do" attitude to join our Global CRM & Engagement department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an amazing team of CRM enthusiasts.

In this role, you'll execute global promotions across multiple brands and markets designed to engage and entertain the group’s wider customer base beyond the game play.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Use JIRA to manage global promotions projects and tasks, and to maintain effective communications with all teams and relevant stakeholders.
  • Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of the global promotions calendar.
  • Player Rewards: Configuration of player rewards and bonuses in the campaign systems.
  • Localisation: Collaborate with local copywriters to ensure full localisation of global promotions material, transforming global mechanics into local messages.
  • Quality Assurance: Upload and test customer-facing communications (e.g., SMS, emails, landing pages, onsite messages, banners push notifications, etc.) for promotions, ensuring all assets are fully QA'd, approved, and ready for the scheduled launch.
  • Monitoring: Monitor the ‘shop window’ to ensure all promotions are showing correctly across our products, and that the customer journey is working as intended.
  • Support: Act as the main point of contact for our support team regarding customer queries related to global promotions and collaborate closely with them to optimise the customer journeys to reduce contact-drivers.
  • After-Hours Support: In addition to standard office hours, you will also work on a roster along with other Global Promotions CRM Coordinators to provide afterhours support on any incidents relating to CRM promotions.
Requirements
  • Regions: Work with regional teams on global promotions localisation.
  • Design & Branding: Work with the branding team on the propositions of promotions, to ensure creative output in line with promotional goals.
  • CRM Projects & Solutions: Offer feedback on enhancements to CRM tools and new player reward types and features. Conduct testing for new CRM product releases.
  • At least one years’ experience from iGaming or from a similar CRM role in another industry.
  • Experience working with Jira, html, and excel.
  • Genuine interest in the online Casino sector.
  • Good project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple campaigns and tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
  • Understanding of player bonuses and incentives.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms, ideally from Salesforce or Xtremepush. 
  • Experience from working in a multi-brand and/or multi-market environment.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Estonian, or Latvian will be considered an advantage.
