YOUR MISSION

As a CRM Lifecycle Specialist at Glovo, you will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and testing of lifecycle marketing strategies across various stages of the customer journey. Your goal will be to enhance customer engagement, optimize conversion rates, and foster long-term loyalty.

THE JOURNEY

  • Flow management: Develop and manage all customer lifecycle flows, including activation, retention, and re-engagement campaigns across all markets.
  • A/B testing: Design and execute A/B tests constantly improve key metrics as well as identify customer patterns and trends that could innovate and optimise CRM actions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Your role will necessitate close collaboration with the product and data teams, ensuring the seamless integration of data into our CRM tools, including Braze integrations. You might also work closely with the brand team to design a consistent communication strategy along all lifecycle stages. You will be close to local and regional teams to ensure all initiatives fit on every local market situation.
  • Continuous improvement: research and testing of new functionalities in Braze and its environment to optimize and increase automation along CRM processes. Stay up-to-date with CRM best practices and industry trends to continuously refine our lifecycle marketing actions.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all CRM flows (Open rates, click-through rate, conversion rate incrementality), deep-dive and provide valuable insights for decision-making

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing automation strategies using CRM platforms such as Braze, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sailthru or Iterable
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and integration with marketing automation tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing automation implementation
  • Intermediate experience with SQL for data manipulation and extraction
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and other programming languages is a must. Experience with responsive design is an advantage
  • Experience in crafting and customizing email templates, content blocks, and landing pages within marketing automation platforms
  • Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
