Are you ready to roll the dice in the world of iGaming? We're on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic CRM Manager to lead the charge for our Italian market in both Casino 🎰 and Sportsbook πŸ€!

Your Mission:

As the CRM Manager overseeing the Italian market, you will be the orchestrator responsible for executing promotional plans for both Sportsbook and Casino. Your primary duties involve ensuring the punctual and top-notch delivery of project goals, placing a strong emphasis on providing an outstanding user experience. Moreover, your role extends to vital tasks such as monitoring campaign data, scrutinizing results, and offering insights and recommendations to elevate the CRM strategy's effectiveness through improvements and innovative approaches.

πŸš€Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own the Retention strategy for Italy and convert it into promotional plans. 
  • Use CRM tools to plan and coordinate a multi-channel communication strategy. 
  • Coordinate the work of campaign executive, making sure that CRM plans are delivered in time with the highest standards, acting as main point of reference for campaign execution. 
  • Coordinate with all required parties for campaign building and delivery. 
  • Perform quality assurance checks of campaigns before go-live, including bonus setup and site contents. 
  • Supervise everyday activities of CRM actions related to the Italian market. 
  • Monitor and report performances of activities and recommend improvements and new approaches to enhance effectiveness. 
  • Collaborate with Sportsbook and Gaming teams to come up with compelling, locally relevant campaigns focused on retaining, reactivating and acquiring new players. 
  • Plan and coordinate the automatic lifecycle strategy with the scope of decreasing churn and enhancing player engagement. 
  • Gathering competitor insights and gap analysis. 

πŸ’Ό Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in online gaming industry 
  • 2+ year experience in the CRM field 
  • Italian mother tongue mandatory 
  • Proficient in English 
  • Proficient user of Excel and Office package in general 
  • Passionate for sports and casino 
  • Good understanding of Italian iGaming Market
