Role: CRM Manager 

Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid and not fully remote - 2 days in the office (RA) minimum)

 

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager/Marketing Director, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM Manager to join OLIVER’s Marketing team. This role is perfect for a hands-on and motivated individual.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Plan, coordinate, optimise and analyse all CRM Marketing activities to drive leads.
  • Develop creative promotions and campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
  • Plan & brief assets for digital communications.
  • Be accountable for day-to-day campaign builds, ensuring smooth customer journey mapping and timely delivery.
  • Iterate automated CRM campaigns, working cross-functionally to plan and ensure the customer lifecycle programme is actualised and consistently optimised.
  • Ensure all messaging is on brand.
  • Ongoing monitoring of channel and campaign performance and its budget.
  • Build custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports. Present findings, results and recommendations on campaign strategies, target groups and creative efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with industry and CRM best practices and trends.

Training and support:

  • Train new users on HubSpot or Salesforce and provide continuous training as the system evolves.
  • Work closely with junior Sales Team execs on lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for any CRM-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving them promptly.

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Minimum 3+ years of CRM experience within an agency, B2B or B2C environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have proven experience delivering campaigns using a CRM system in your previous role/s i.e. Hubspot, Neolane, Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Salesforce.
  • Fluent with data and has a high-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Highly effective analytic and qualitative skills with the ability to analyse and use data efficiently.
  • Proactive in managing own workload and delivering results
