CRM Manager Lead Generation
As the CRM Manager sitting within the CRM & Lifecycle team, you’ll help us improve our sales-led funnel CRM engagement journeys and convert more leads into actual deals. You’ll play a key role in revamping existing sales lead nurturing journeys for our POS, Kiosk and Loyalty solutions.
This role is part of the GTM Mission team. This is a group of cross-functional growth hackers with the mission of completely transforming SumUp’s go-to-market from the current approach of leading with our successful card acceptance product to an integrated ecosystem of products that powers all aspects of our merchants’ businesses. What you’ll do
- Develop and execute lead management CRM strategies to optimise lead quality and conversion rates
- Work with the Sales-led mission and CRM Chapter team to create and implement lead generation campaigns
- Collaborate with the CRM technical CRM Manager to ensure lead data is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system
- Work closely with the Data Analyst and Scientists to develop and implement lead scoring models to prioritise leads for sales follow-up
- Continuously evaluate and improve lead management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead management and CRM systems
- Run A/B tests to understand which communications have a better impact
You’ll be great for this role if
- 5-6 years of experience in CRM lead management
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- A strong understanding of channels and communication approaches (email, in-app, push, SMS)
- Experience in HTML, CSS, SQL.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and initiatives.
- Experience in monitoring and improving multi-channel CRM journey.
