• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing automation strategies, customer journeys and segmentation plans across our brands
• Use analytical skill to design A/B tests, analyze performance, and provide data-driven insights to optimize CRM activities 
• Support the setup, execution and optimization of our loyalty program to increase customer retention and lifetime value
• Identify untouched CRM opportunities by leveraging customer insights to optimize onboarding, cross-/ up-selling and reactivation measures
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer communication

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation and CRM management
• A degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Experience in marketing automation platforms (Emarsys is a plus)
• Analytical, data-driven approach & performance-oriented mindset
• Experience with loyalty program management is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment 
• Proficiency in English and German
