YOUR MISSION
We are looking for someone to join our Rider CRM team within the Rider Experience team. We are a team dedicated to crafting and implementing long-term lifecycle strategies designed to engage riders with our app and drive incremental business results. As a CRM Specialist, you will be an integral part of a team that thinks big, continuously pushing the boundaries to deliver impactful communication strategies that align with our company’s.
THE JOURNEY
- Assist in Developing Riders Communication Strategies: Support in creating and executing CRM communication strategies aimed at engaging riders. Help improve rider retention and satisfaction by contributing to the design and implementation of communication plans that align with the team’s goals.
- Contribute to CRM Project Management: Help manage communication projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate with other teams, track timelines, and ensure that communication initiatives are delivered on time, contributing to the success of the Logistics Cluster’s objectives.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Logistic and other teams to ensure communication efforts are well-coordinated.
- Optimize Rider Communications: Assist in continuously improving and personalizing communications based on data-driven insights.
- Performance analysis: Track campaign results, conduct A/B testing, and leverage data insights to continuously improve performance across all channels.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 2+ years in marketing automation, lifecycle management, or CRM campaign execution.
- Experience implementing customer lifecycle stages and working with CRM platforms (Braze knowledge is a plus)
- A Can-Do Mindset: Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges head-on, managing projects effectively and delivering results even when faced with obstacles. You excel at sticking to deadlines and driving projects to completion flawlessly.
- Strong Prioritization and Organizational Skills: A proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, with the ability to prioritize work and organize tasks in a way that maximizes productivity and aligns with company and team OKRs.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, self-assessment of campaigns, and strategy support. You are comfortable working with datasets to derive actionable insights that complement the team's broader analytical work.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to craft and execute end-to-end communication strategies that are data-driven and aligned with business objectives.
- Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing attention to detail with the need for quick execution. You work well under pressure and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude.
