About You:

As a CRM Systems Analyst at Tulip, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our business systems and driving operational efficiency across our business functions. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, post-sales, and finance teams to enhance processes and support strategic initiatives. You will be instrumental in leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve sales productivity.

What skills do I need? 

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing and optimizing Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Proven ability to implement technical solutions that drive business processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
  • Self-motivated, curious, and results-oriented, with a strong desire for continuous development to solve problems and drive impact.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A strong plus: Proficiency with tools like Marketo, Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Gong.io, etc. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Business Systems (Salesforce, Gong.io, ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet): Handle provisioning, troubleshooting, and support for the business systems. Act as a point of contact for system-related inquiries and issues.
  • Optimize System Configuration: Optimize system configuration to align with internal business processes, with a focus on automating workflows and enhancing data capture. Leverage core Salesforce capabilities—including Flows, Validation Rules, and Lightning Web Components—to drive scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Identify configuration gaps and manage project roadmaps to ensure timely project completion

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation including system configuration, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Reporting: Ability to work with Salesforce reports and dashboards for ad-hoc reporting requests
