Excellent opportunity to join Betsson Group as our brand new CRM Training Manager.

In this position, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to Betsson's achievement of its CRM strategy by nurturing and enhancing the skills of individuals in CRM roles. Your duties will include offering initial support and conducting comprehensive training sessions for commercial teams. This will involve various methods such as keynote presentations, analysis of CRM incidents, one-on-one sessions, group coaching, classroom instruction, and engaging workshops.

A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • End to end accountability to develop and manage comprehensive onboarding programs for all new CRM staff. 
  • Work with internal SME (CRM/Gaming/Sportsbook managers, CRM analysts, CRM Database Ops) to collect information that will be designed and developed into best-practices materials 
  • In close collaboration with product development, create and maintain all training documents that relate to CRM system and processes 
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them 
  • Provide 1st line support to all teams when they have queries or are encountering issues with setting up campaigns or CRM activities 
  • Follow-up and report on CRM incidents and own the incident mitigation plan to reduce the overall number of commercial incidents.  
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a CRM role within the gaming industry 
  • Proficiency in hyper-segmentation techniques to achieve personalization across all CRM channels
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms including Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and Service Cloud
  • Capability to effectively plan, multitask, and manage time 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and methodologies
