What you’ll do

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a project manager with food experience to drive improvements across multiple markets. You will responsible for:

  • Being the culinary expert in international product operations & strategic product development planning, advising on how to develop our core offering.
  • Developing best practices and business cases to improve the physical product as well as driving scalability and standardization of culinary and product operations processes across markets to foster efficiencies.
  • Act as the international contact for culinary teams in local markets, collaborating and building strong relationships between international and local teams. 
  • Support our international strategic product development team to operationalise menu architecture guidance, taking guidance and turning it into delivery roadmaps for culinary teams.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to deliver improvements on internal recipe writing systems, customer facing solutions and standardization of data bases across markets.
What you’ll bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3-6 years experience within food, such as food product development, operations or project management, able to work autonomously
  • Great organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Decent analytical skills, ability to work with Google Sheets/Slides and to use Tableau for data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Team player, able to thrive in a large international organization and to manage and influence key stakeholders across functions and markets
