The Role

As our Culinary Project Lead you will be responsible for steering cross-functional, strategic Culinary projects as well as process improvement initiatives that drive impact while improving process quality and efficiency.

Reporting to the Head of Culinary in the Nordics, this role will be part of the Culinary management team, and will play an active part in yearly strategic planning processes and quarterly initiative planning.Collaborating with a diverse team of recipe developers and testers, you’ll ensure our customers can enjoy a best-in-class cooking experience.

You will …
  • Ensure OKRs are thoroughly backed by a strong culinary optimisation agenda, working closely with other Culinary managers to shape a high quality initiative roadmap that can contribute to the overarching business goals
  • Track culinary performance against OKRs and support with deep-dive analyses as needed. Becoming in-house expert on KPIs and supporting the rest of the team with agile deep-dives, to understand any deviations from targets and propose solutions to address them
  • Lead regular performance and roadmap forums to ensure we execute roadmap as planned, ensuring each project is delivered through efficient structures and timelines
  • Drive the implementation of select initiatives. As part of this, plan and execute tests to understand customer impact
You have …
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Product Management/Development, Business Development, FMCG, Culinary profession or similar
  • Vast knowledge and interest in the food industry
  • Experience in leading and managing diverse projects simultaneously
  • Data driven mindset with strong business acumen and understanding of process excellence
  • Ability to think in the Customer's shoes, while maintaining a result-driven mindset
  • Intellectual curiosity with a drive for continuous improvements and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to be agile and thrive in a highly dynamic environment
  • Team player approach with genuine interest in your colleagues
  • Master’s degree in business, economics, culinary profession or similar 
  • Fluency in English, Nordic language capabilities not required
