More specifically, in this role, you’ll engage with suppliers and push aspects of our strategic agenda with cross-functional partners. You will be expected to lead initiatives that enable us to achieve our vision and produce measurable outcomes, problem-solve with business stakeholders and tech partners alike, articulate and execute against tactical plans, and monitor service metrics.

- Work effectively across our global team to ensure efficient collaboration
- Build rapport with our suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Think critically about our internal processes, proposing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall supplier experience
- Test new, innovative ideas in pilot programs, identifying patterns and recommending improvement opportunities
- Extract and communicate relevant insights and learnings with stakeholders to create a shared understanding around supplier concerns
- Develop positive and productive relationships with cross functional teams, acting as a strong representative of our team internally, as well as suppliers’ internal advocate within Wayfair

- Ability to distill complex information in a simplistic way via emails, charts, graphs, and other forms of presentations
- A track record of successful negotiation and relationship management skills
- Innovative problem-solving skills, plus the ability to dissect and determine root causes of problems, then implement solutions
- Desire to own projects from beginning to end, and thrive as part of a team as well as individually
- Comfortability navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment with little structure
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
