We are looking for a Customer Account Manager who is customer-obsessed and passionate about creating long-term, trusting partnerships with our commercial customers across Asia-Pacific. This position is Full-Time and Remote within India.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping HackerRank's vision of prioritizing "skills over pedigree" in developer hiring and career growth. Your contributions will encompass optimizing customers' utilization of HackerRank in their hiring processes. Collaborating seamlessly with colleagues, you will elevate the way in which our customers assess and mobilize engineering talent.

What you will be working on:
  • Maintain full functional and process knowledge of HackerRank products and services
  • Formulate a strategy to manage and grow customer relationships in the APAC region
  • Negotiate all facets of renewal contracts. Develop win/win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while enhancing the customer relationship and the value they are realizing from HackerRank
  • Identify customer needs and demonstrate account management capabilities to guide renewal closure with expansion
  • Monitor customer health metrics to identify risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and guide appropriate actions with partner teams and escalate when needed 
  • Build and maintain relationships with exec sponsors, champions & stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts
We are looking for:
  • Minimum 3+ years relevant experience, ideally in SaaS software space with HR Tech being an added advantage
