We are expanding our fleet, which means we will be having more customers. We are therefore looking to strengthen our Customer Care team with you as our Customer Care Quality & Training Specialist - French Speaking (m/f/x/d)

Deine Aufgaben

  • You conduct monthly quality checks and share their results with your colleagues in the Quality & Training teams and the Customer Care Team Leads. Through these regular checks, you also identify any process and knowledge gaps that you communicate to the teams
  • You provide ideas for projects to maintain and optimize quality standards and implement them with the support of your team and in collaboration with the Customer Care Team Leads
  • You stay connected with our customers and keep abreast of their expectations by occasionally handling tickets
  • You design and create targeted training/coaching sessions to enhance the quality of Customer Care. Not only do you conduct these trainings in person, but you also feed our e-learning tool with new content and courses so that our agents receive fresh input even outside of training hours

Deine Stärken

  • You bring initial experience in the Quality & Training field of a Customer Care team, and customer service and orientation are your middle names
  • You speak French and English at a very high level (C2); any additional language is a plus (preferably German or Dutch)
  • You have a very good understanding which allows you to quickly grasp complex processes in a dynamic environment and adapt your workflows accordingly
  • You approach tasks in a structured manner and can rely on analytical skills
  • You possess an empathetic nature and engage with your colleagues on an equal footing
  • Your mindset is opportunity-oriented, combined with drive and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
  • You are ideally already familiar with the use of customer service software and/or e-learning tools
