This role in a nutshell:
As Delivery Lead for Customer Enablement you will work closely alongside our Director helping:
- To create cross-functional alignment across a c. 300 amazing people across multiple teams and functional areas, including operational technology, Forecasting & Planning, Quality Assurance, Outsource Partner Management, and many more
- Align teams around end to end outcomes driving the business and function forward
- support key transformation projects managed through cross functional teams to deliver business outcomes

You will be an intrinsic part of leading teams to adopt the ‘Ovo Way’ to create organisation wide cross functional alignment and creating both a cultural shift in both mindset and how teams work. You will have a key role in coaching leadership teams to support our functional areas aligned around end to end outcomes and common goals.
World-class stakeholder engagement is a must, and this role will demand brilliant brokering skills. You’ll work with colleagues at all levels with most of your time spent with the Operational Head of Departments, alongside Product and Technology. This role is a bridging role, helping to enable our operational vision but will also require building trust with business owners and executive leadership teams across OVO.
Your key outcomes will be:
- Aligning teams around end to end outcomes and objectives
- Supporting strategic goal setting, business performance and governance cadences of the Customer Enablement team
- Facilitation of execution, delivering value through cross-functional teams
- Coaching continuous improvement practices with agility across a broad team
- Equipping teams with the skills to navigating complexity and ambiguity
- Owning projects, solving problems and assisting with the running of Customer Enablement
- Identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving rapid cross-functional implementation
- Help to stitch together our business teams to help see the customer end to end across OVO
- Creating and maintaining existing processes, workflows, and organisational tools.

We’ll pay you between; £60,000-70,000 depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!
