We are Synthesia's in-house product experts. The Knowledge and Enablement team enables Synthesia's worldwide growth by educating potential clients and ensuring that existing customers are happy and successful. Along the way we also make sure to treat Synthesian's as customers by enabling them internally to leverage as much as possible the Synthesia product.

An Enablement Manager will create and deliver training over the comprehensive suite of features and use cases available within Synthesia. Working closely with the wider Enablement team within Synthesia to refine content as our product evolves.

Enablement Managers will plan and lead educational sessions to ensure customers know how to integrate Synthesia into their AI video communication workflow and how it translates to business value.

 

The role...

Learning a lot, Enabling a lot but having fun while doing it!

  • Onboarding and enabling our customers on the Synthesia app, from the beginning of their journey until they become champions and collaborate with other positions at Synthesia having the same goal.
  • Working with our Product Managers, Product Marketing, Marketing and Strategy teams in order to enable our customers on our product, along with the coordination of Account Executives and Customer Success.
  • Collaborating with our Sales and CSM Enablement managers to build a coherent and well defined internal and external Enablement strategy. 
  • Collaborating internally to build our product internal knowledge base in preparation for building a public version.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the practical application of Synthesia within enterprises and take a consultative approach in implementing video content into their workflows.
  • Share this expertise with the Synthesia community by any medium necessary collaborating with the Synthesia community team.
  • Working daily at breaking any asymmetry of information between the Synthesia product and all its stakeholders, internal and external.

 

About you...
  • Someone with a history of learning new skills
  • Tech writing experience working on internal or external knowledge base. 
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Energetic, proactive and organized with the ability to prioritize against competing demands
  • A track record of speaking experience on public conferences or online / onsite webinars.
  • Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills with the ability to address objections or concerns on the fly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product and support.
