Teads is looking for a Customer Experience Manager based in São Paulo, Brazil, to be part of a team responsible for the set-up, optimization, performance, and general stewardship of advertising campaigns. You are the hub of digital advertising campaign execution, working closely and collaboratively with other departments. You'll be responsible for successfully managing client success across our advertising offerings.

About the Role:

As a member of the Customer Experience team, the Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for every phase of the customer journey, and guide an internal team of CX Coordinators. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Team management
  • Guidance and validation of internal team tasks
  • Weekly sync to identify improvements with the team and customer campaigns
  • Manage and operate campaigns
  • Be the lead point of contact for all client communication post-sale
  • Executing screenshots and demos for customers
  • Oversee post-sale process: campaign set-up, pacing and delivery, incremental revenue generation and post campaign analysis
  • Receive, validate and manage creatives, implement third party ad server pixels into our creative enhancement studio for campaign tracking purposes
  • Manipulating reporting to address the specific needs of our customers
  • Plan and execute the end of campaign report presentation for Key clients

Qualifications and skills:

  • Analytical, results oriented professional focused on Digital KPIs (comfortable with the main media metrics and its definitions)
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • At least one (3) years of experience in digital marketing
  • Hands-on knowledge in media platforms and programmatic media platforms
  • Media Planning
  • Ability to read, understand and manipulate spreadsheets / reports
  • Presentation skills: presenting and crafting slides
  • Continually promotes and achieves high standards of quality at work, applies attention to detail to execution and constantly looks for problems to solve and ways to improve
  • Demonstrates comfort engaging with strategic clients, is an avid problem solver, proactive and a creative thinker
  • Cultivates and maintains strong, productive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • English: advanced/fluent
