We’re looking for a Customer Experience Manager to be the go-to expert in digital campaign execution, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. What You’ll Do: You will be at the heart of advertising campaign execution in driving client success across our suite of advertising solutions, including self-serve and managed service campaigns. As the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, you will ensure a smooth onboarding process, efficient campaign activation, ongoing performance tracking, and sustained revenue growth.Activation and Delivery
Self-Serve campaigns management
- Assist in onboarding customers to our self-service buying platform or DSP.
- Be the lead point of contact for all client communication post-sale.
- Prepare and activate campaigns through clear and proactive communication with clients.
- Oversee post-sale process, including campaign setup, pacing and delivery, incremental revenue generation and post-campaign analysis.
- Analyze performance data to highlight key trends and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and execute revenue growth plans each quarter to drive incremental sales.
- Help develop internal talent by leading knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance best practices.
Managed Service campaign management
- Set up the campaign via our legacy platform or buying platform.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance, making real-time optimizations to achieve client KPIs.
- Proactively communicate with clients on campaign performance and collaborate on revenue opportunities.
- Lead end-of campaign report presentations for key clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Ensure accuracy in campaign setup and executive, assisting internal teams in quality control to minimize errors.
About You
- At least 2 years of relevant experience at a digital media agency, DSP, or AdTech company.
- Strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, including programmatic advertising, branding, performance, header bidding, and OpenRTB protocol.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, balancing long-term projects with daily priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a high standard of work quality, always seeking ways to improve.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) is a must.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Skilled in strategic client engagement, proactive problem-solving, and creative thinking.
- Comfortable with ad systems and platforms, including third-party ad servers, verification tools, DSPs, and Salesforce.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player, valuing diverse perspectives and contributing positively to team efforts.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese, along with business-level English, is essential.
