Daily life at Mynewsdesk

When you are not high-fiving colleagues or enjoying our full-spread Monday breakfasts or Friday ‘Fikas, you will spend your days working with Lotta, Sofia, Malena, and Rebecca in our marketing team to create and manage a variety of projects. Your role will involve employing a diverse range of multi-channel strategies to engage, retain, and ensure our customers feel genuinely valued and acknowledged. This position is tailor-made for a creative, self-motivated individual like yourself!

As our customer marketing manager, you will work with all departments at Mynewsdesk to create and execute strategies that support our growth objectives. That multitasking ability you pride yourself on will definitely come in handy. Not to mention all of the new people you will meet!

The role in corporate lingo (it all sounds so serious):

  • In close collaboration with the marketing team, set a customer marketing strategy, including budget, to ensure yearly goals

  • Manage and execute planned customer marketing tasks and initiatives.

  • Plan, promote, and coordinate client events across the Nordic markets.

  • Lead customer events like Digital PR awards for all Nordic markets

  • Supervise our customer webinar program

  • Identify customer cases in target segments

  • Collect and use insights from different departments to develop new initiatives that positively impact revenue, retention, and advocacy metrics.

  • Track and analyse success metrics

  • Align and partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to achieve acquisition, retention, and upsell targets.

Things we need you to have:

  • Experience in planning and executing marketing activities such as events, PR, email, and content marketing

  • 5 years of marketing experience

  • +3 years of experience in customer marketing

  • Strong copywriting skills (SE+ENG), preferably another Nordic language

Please note that this role is a temporary position of at least 1.5 years with a good chance of a permanent position thereafter.
