It’s with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add an Implementation Manager to lead our onboarding efforts for new customers. As our Implementation Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Training New Customers: Educate new customers on our platform to master Revenue Management and effectively use Beyond Pricing to achieve their revenue goals. Efficient and effective onboarding ensures stronger customer relationships, drives product adoption, and enhances retention and satisfaction.
  • Integrating CRM Systems: Facilitate the seamless integration of the customer’s property management system with Beyond Pricing.
  • Project Management: Oversee the customer’s training and onboarding experience, ensuring timely completion of tasks by both the customer and our team.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Beyond Pricing’s suite of products, integrations, features and the algorithm to provide expert guidance.
  • Tailored Solutions: Understand our customers' situation and customize Beyond Pricing’s features to meet their specific needs.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Address and resolve integration and revenue management-related inquiries..
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and improve the customer experience.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer to our Product organization, communicating trending customer feedback and ideas for continuous improvement.

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in project management, customer experience, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Fluent in English 
  • Fluent in French or Spanish 
  • A solid understanding of implementation/onboarding best practices 
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of communicating effectively at all levels
  • Attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and use cloud-based SaaS solutions
  • Highly motivated and a driven self-starter
  • Fluency in Portuguese or Italian is a plus
