We are currently seeking a professional and dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team at Betsson Group's Vilnius office, located at Lvivo 25 - Mazosios burės. The role entails working in shifts from 8am to 7pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing assistance to our customers via email, chat, and telephone, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Serving as an external representative, maintaining a positive image of the company and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the Team Leader to provide comprehensive market reports.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and written skills in Latvian, with the ability to effectively convey information.
• Proficient English communication and written skills.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
• Ability to handle high volumes of work efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service role, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional service.
• Additional languages such as Russian are considered a plus.
