We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join Betsson Group Zabreg office. The role works in shifts: Monday - Sunday 08:00-23:59 (5 days per week, 8h per day).

THE DAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

• helping our customers via email and chat;
• being a representative externally towards our customers;
• assisting Team leader to report on what is happening in the market.

APPLY IF YOU HAVE:

• Excellent Croatian communication and written skills;• Good English communication and written skills;• Ability to work both in teams environment and individually;• Ability to cope with heavy workloads.
