YOUR IMPACT

  • Support Swiss and EU issuers in meeting their disclosure requirements, including regulatory publications and filings.
  • Be an expert in the international regulatory services of our platform EQS IR COCKPIT to contribute to the company's ability to provide comprehensive and efficient solutions to clients.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, distribution partners, exchanges, and financial authorities, ensuring effective communication in both German and English.
  • Collaborate with both teams Customer Success in Switzerland and Newsroom Munich and enable seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing leading to increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and partners and provide high-quality services to clients. 

THIS IS YOU

  • You have vocational training in economics, with a strong interest in the capital market.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in B2B customer support.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or be available for on-call support.
  • Fluent in both German and English, proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrate conscientiousness and a structured work approach.
  • Able to effectively collaborate and contribute to team efforts.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
