About the Role

The Customer Success Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Customer Success team by focusing on data analytics and reporting. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success Strategy, Planning & Operations, this position is integral to defining and developing the strategy for our global Customer Success team. The analyst will leverage advanced analytical skills to drive insights and improvements across the Customer Success operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform ad hoc spreadsheet analytics with minimal supervision, utilizing pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and various formulas.
  • Develop advanced Salesforce custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilize intermediate SQL skills to understand and manipulate relational database structures.
  • Work with BigQuery and ETL processes to manage and analyze large data sets.
  • Contribute to projects involving Python and inferential statistics as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet analytics, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Experience with Salesforce custom reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Understanding of relational database structures with intermediate SQL skills.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery and ETL processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of Python and inferential statistics is a plus.
