As a Customer Success Expert, you will be supporting the Customer Success Lead with reports, projects and other tasks.
What you’ll be doing in this position:
- Creating ad-hoc reports on activation and adoption
- Analysing and providing insight on the reports (Salesforce and Tableau)
- Organising and deploying projects as needed to assist the CSMs across all markets
- Support TLs and CSMs with daily ongoing post-sales process questions
- Establish strong relations with RevOps/Platform/Operations stakeholders
You’ll be great for this position if you have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent data analysis/performance insight skills (Salesorce + Tableau a plus)
- Strong project management abilities
- Stakeholder management
