As part of the Emerging Corporates Team, you enable our customers to maximize their product experience by driving product adoption and growth opportunities at scale.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of 40-60 customers in the Mid Market (200-500 employees). 
  • Build and nurture relationships with your book of business, acting as their main point of contact for product-related topics. Partner with internal stakeholders to follow-through on the requests of your customers. 
  • Leverage data, campaigning and 1:many formats to effectively drive product adoption and retention while ensuring excellent data quality in our systems of record. Contribute to the creation of playbooks and assets, enhancing effective and data-informed customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth Managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve your business targets. 
  • Advocate for your book of business and help translate their needs into product requirements.
  • Co-lead projects that support the evolution of the Customer Success organization.
  • Be a role model and buddy to less tenured colleagues, providing them with guidance and expertise to enable their growth.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • ±4 years of client-facing experience in managing a large customer portfolio, ideally at a SaaS company.
  • Strong prioritization and execution capabilities, driven by customer needs, business impact, and expansion potential.
  • The ability to identify upsell opportunities and develop actionable plans to drive expansion. 
  • An analytical mindset in combination with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • A deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • The ability to excel in a dynamic environment, quickly adapt to challenges and keep a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in German (C2 / Native) and English (C1)
