We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth of SMB clients using our payment & workforce management solutions to scale their business globally. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment, with experience preferably coming from Fintech/SaaS. The Customer Success Manager should possess high-level organizational skills and business development acumen to drive engagement with respective stakeholders.
This role will be based in our New York, NY office.
What You’ll Do:
- Managing and strengthening high value client relationships to achieve retention targets
- Persuading clients of the benefits of managing their workforce in the Payoneer family of products
- Reviewing and proposing process improvements that drive client retention and market penetration
- Maintaining all activities within our CRM systems
- Working with internal teams to deliver results for customers
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of account management, business development, or relevant experience in HR Tech/Fintech/SaaS
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine comfort with phone-based sales and holding a quota
- Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs, and drive results
- High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure
- Desire to drive meaningful organizational change
Not a Must, but a Great Advantage:
- Experience in Payments or Banking industry
- Experience with Workforce Management solutions
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $115,000.
