About this role : 

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our office in Málaga who is passionate about customer relationships. To help our Customer Support team to offer the best service to our clients and help them solve their doubts.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of inquiries, claims and complaints from Shoop & iGraal members via a Ticket System and social media
  • Creation of solution in cooperation with IT and CRM 
  • Complaints and reclamation management
  • Management of Member Accounts and Payments
  • Termination processing incl. termination defence / customer recovery
  • Monitoring of support activities in terms of processing time and quality
  • Identification, analysis and defence of fraud cases in the context of fraud management
Your Profile : 
  • First professional experience (incl. internships) would be an asset
  • Fluent in German, and very good English level
  • A strong Customer focus oriented
  • Good knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector, with a clear enthusiasm for affiliate marketing, couponing and online shopping
  • Good partner relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically
