Weβre looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Tier 1 support team in Prague. Youβll work becoming a go-to product expert, resolving customer inquiries, and making sure our users have the best experience possible. If youβre service-oriented, tech-curious, and love working face-to-face with a vibrant team β this oneβs for you!
π Please note: This role includes supporting our US-based customers, so youβll be working an afternoon shift (2β10pm) 2β3 times per week to ensure coverage across time zones.
What youβll be doing:β Deliver amazing support β Respond to customer questions with accurate, helpful answers (mainly via email).β Become a product expert β Learn our platform inside out so you can confidently support our users.β Investigate & escalate β Identify bugs or technical issues and pass them to our Tier 2 team when needed.β Collaborate β Work with Product, Sales, and other teams to ensure customers are always in good hands.β Suggest improvements β Share product feedback that could enhance the user experience.β Keep things moving β Manage multiple requests, maintain high response rates, and meet service KPIs.
