As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a CX Product Sales Specialist.

The CX Products Sales Specialist is responsible for business development within existing Logicmonitor customers.With a primary focus on strategically targeting existing LogicMonitor customers and select strategic large accounts, to drive support, training and adoption/implmentation services, ensuring LM customers are successfully implementing innovative and effective LM solutions to meet their business goals.  You will be responsible for supporting Account Executives, Solution Architects and CSMs in a business partner capacity throughout the Services Sales lifecycle from initial discovery through the recommended Scope of work.  The right candidate will have strong business and technical acumen and a successful track record of overachievement against sales revenue targets YoY.

You will have a background presenting professional services solutions to business and IT executives, including the ability to translate client needs into appropriate LM solutions. You must be a confident relationship builder, able to identify key stakeholders and build rapport.

You will have experience in managing complex sales cycles, navigating enterprise organisations to build solid engagements with multiple stakeholders. You will be an extremely positive individual who sees challenges as opportunities and has the ability to motivate and lead by example. The role will involve travel and you should expect varied working hours. We are looking for goal oriented candidates who understand how to build a plan for business development across a territory. The AE acts as the primary contact for prospects managing the relationship from the LogicMonitor side. 

Here's a closer look at the duties in this key role:

  • Influence and drive pipeline for success solutions and offerings; drive opportunities in an overlay capacity, in partnership with the Account Executive and CSM
  • Become a subject matter expert on LM products, Professional Services offerings and Support offerings
  • Provide research on competition, industry trends, and business news to support product positioning
  • Invest time with team members in Customer Experience and Sales to understand selling and positioning challenges and build enablement deliverables to drive success
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

What You'll Need:

  • Batchelor's degree in a business or technology related subject preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Ability to simply articulate complex technologies and offerings
  • Experience in either Observability, AIOps, Monitoring, ITSM, or IT Management software industry is desirable 
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Proven experience of negotiating strategy and execution
