We’re looking for a highly motivated Cyber Security Analyst to conduct proactive security assessments, design reviews, and identify potential vulnerabilities in both new and existing products. The role involves investigating security alerts, intrusions, and anomalies, as well as securing corporate assets like technology, data, and systems. You will also guide various business functions on security best practices, lead security projects across research and development teams, and collaborate with engineering leaders to prioritize security concerns while balancing business goals.
What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Conduct regular security assessments and design reviews on new and existing products proactively find potential vulnerabilities or design flaws.
- Participates in a team of Cyber Security analysts in investigating alerts, anomalies, errors, intrusions, malware, etc.
- Continually work to secure corporate IP, technology, information, computer systems, network, and data.
- Provide guidance on proposed security and privacy best practices to the different business functions.
- Assess and communicate all security risks associated with all practices performed by the company.
- Lead security projects between the research and the development groups.
- Take part in security reviews and products manager meetings.
- Take an active role in driving internal security and privacy initiatives.
- Partner with engineering leaders across the company to help them prioritize security issues in their products and balance business goals.

Have you done this kind of stuff?
- 5 years of proven technical experience within the cyber security domain.
- Familiarity with web security (e.g. SQLi, XSS, permission bypass vulnerabilities) and OWASP top ten.
- Strong understanding of network architecture and protocols (e.g. HTTP, DNS).
- Solid understanding and practical experience in various flavors of Windows and Linux.
- Broad knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, solutions, and tools.
- Strong understanding of security principles, policies and industry best practices.
- Strong presentations and training skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills.
Not a must but a great advantage:
- Knowledge of one of the scripting languages PERL, Python, Shell scripting, Ruby etc.
- knowledge of cloud technologies, platforms, and services.
- knowledge of directory, identity, authentication, and access management technologies (e.g., AD, LDAP, SSO, AD FS, multi-factor authentication, TACACS+, Radius, etc.).
