[DACH HQ] Senior Project Manager Special Operations

”Take over end-to-end responsibility for cross-functional projects with a high impact in the HelloFresh DACH cluster.

You understand and solve problems that can stretch over multiple sub-teams of our supply chain.

Using in-depth analyses within a complex data landscape, you identify high-priority potential for improvement.

You formulate and test hypothesis, derive recommendations for action and present them to senior management.

Your Area of Responsibility
  • Take over end-to-end responsibility of key improvement projects with focus on production and logistics to increase customer and business value.
  • You ensure project delivery excellence and efficiency, including governance and capability implementation using continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and others.
  • You develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
  • You collect, analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • You establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • You prepare and present detailed reports on project status, outcomes, and impact to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • You engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • You contribute to the project management chapter within HelloFresh DACH and are part of shaping project management standards.
Your Profile 
  • You have 4-6 years of professional experience in a comparable role.
  • You have Bachelor Degree in Business/Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Economics or related fields. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
  • You are a generalist ready to dive into projects across all key functions of our supply chain ranging from long-term strategic topics to ops-heavy projects directly on the shop floor.
  • You are highly structured and manage to break down complex problems into clear work packages, considering dependencies and deadlines.
  • You are a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders of different seniority levels and functional backgrounds.
  • You are excited to take on responsibility in a dynamic working environment and tackle new challenges independently.
  • You are data-driven and have a very good analytical understanding.
  • You learn quickly and are eager to find the right solution to every problem.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in supply chain, operations, digital growth companies, or related fields.
  • You speak English fluently, speaking German is a plus.
  • You are willing to travel for approx. 2 to 3 days a week to our production sites in Barleben and Verden.
  • Eligibility to work in Germany full-time (40h/Week) is advantageous.
