This role is based in Berlin and reporting into COO (DACH)

• Responsibility for multiple teams, including: Menu Planning, Operational Procurement & FSQA
• Work directly with our Senior Management Team to lead a cross-functional team responsible for driving understanding of, and solutions for, our most exciting opportunities and pressing problems.  
• Deliver strong problem solving across many high priority topics that include multiple competing incentives and many stakeholders.  You will be responsible for helping HelloFresh in the DACH define its course through what is still a very new business model, which has very few comparators or peers, so structured and innovative thinking is critical
• Adhere to the company’s policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
• Serve as an interface between multiple departments and across our Distribution Center’s 

• 7+ years of experience within a similar Operations role
• Excellent ability to influence key stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to relentlessly prioritize projects in-line with business needs
