The Broadband team is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our growing Data Team. You'll play an instrumental role in developing core data reporting to help determine the efficacy of products for internal and external brands. 

The Broadband team aims to help customers compare and be matched with their home’s best internet option in the most simple and accurate way possible. The products we design help measure the efficacy of location-based broadband information and the streamlined connections to potential providers, plan comparisons and more. 

The right candidate for this role will be highly-organized and collaborative; with a passion for solving problems cross-functionally. But you won’t do it alone — you’ll have a collaborative cross-disciplinary team of designers, product managers, and other engineers to support you. 

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop and automate high-quality, scalable solutions across the entire data lifecycle, from raw data to powerful insights and analytics.
  • Leverage data modeling knowledge to assist in designing and delivering best-in-class analytics-ready data sets that result in high adoption of our transformed data
  • Design, build and optimize Tableau dashboards and Databricks python notebooks
  • Work with a cross functional team of engineers, analysts and scientists to understand business requirements and guide event schema creation
  • Build solutions that scale, are secure, and maintainable.
  • Active pair-programming with teammates when they need help. Help mentor and develop less senior talent.
  • Guide formal and informal code reviews
  • Collaborate with the product management team and other developers to deliver a quality product that meets business needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience working with Data Warehouses (eg. Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
  • 2+ years of Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tool experience
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL & Python for data analysis
  • Experience working in a data organization with significant experience around user-based design and user-based adoption KPIs
  • Experience troubleshooting errors in data models
  • Experience orchestrating data analytics workflows (eg. Databricks, Airflow)
  • Experience optimizing queries, data modeling layer
  • Experience leading and driving projects and initiatives to completion
  • Ability to work through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamically changing business environment
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exchange ideas and convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Experience working in an Agile environment

Even Better

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years experience in the digital marketing/advertising industry

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $80,000-95,000* *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
