YOUR MISSION

Optimize Glovo’s business via continuous data-driven product discovery and subsequent development of AI-driven experiences and solutions.

THE JOURNEY

  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary team to define the product roadmap and strategy, monitor and give visibility of product metrics and KPIs.
  • Translate product questions and hypotheses into analysis and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards using Looker, Amplitude and other tools
  • Apply statistical modeling techniques and analyses (experimentation, causal inference, etc.) to solve for product and business problems that drive the highest impact.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders acting as a strategic and supportive link between the technology, business, and product.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role, preferably in a product-facing team within a technology or e-commerce company
  • Proven experience working with data, conducting and communicating quantitative analysis to drive business decisions 
  • Proven experience with building reports using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or similar
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis libraries in Python
  • Basic experience in designing and analyzing experiments in digital products, such as A/B tests or similar methodologies
  • Applied knowledge of advanced statistical concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, time series analysis etc) is a plus
  • Familiarity with event instrumentation definition and management, as well as data ingestion processes using tools like Amplitude, MixPanel, Heap, or similar analytics platforms
  • Ability to translate user behavior analytics into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Fluent spoken and written English
