We are seeking a Data Analyst, CX to drive business success through data and operational excellence within our Customer Experience organization. In this pivotal role, you will apply advanced data modeling, predictive analytics, and statistical methods to uncover actionable insights that boost customer retention, growth, and satisfaction. You’ll work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, transforming complex data into innovative strategies that elevate the overall customer experience.   • Define Metrics & Dashboards: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish metrics, dashboards, and data models that yield actionable insights and drive business improvements.
  • Develop Predictive Models: Design models that analyze customer behavior trends—such as adoption, churn, and retention—to support strategic decision-making.
  • Customize Analytical Tools: Enhance analytical efforts by tailoring tools (e.g., DBT workflows, dashboards) to identify business opportunities and optimize processes.
  • Maintain Data Pipelines: Build and sustain robust data pipelines to ensure clean, consistent, and reliable data for reporting and analysis.
  • Communicate Insights: Deliver key performance trends and recommendations to stakeholders using compelling visualizations and storytelling techniques.
  • Ensure Data Consistency: Collaborate with Finance, Product, HR, and IT teams to maintain uniform data standards and methodologies.
What You'll Need:
  • 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, working with customer-level data.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for statistical modeling and data analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling techniques and feature engineering.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Airflow) is a plus.
  • Exposure to data engineering concepts such as ETL pipelines and API integrations is a bonus.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:$69,615—$95,760 USD
