YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a world-class Data Analyst to join and be part of the People team as an owner of insights and data-informed people-decisions. You will have an incredible opportunity to drive impact within People Analytics and bring a high-level of rigor.

THE JOURNEY

  • Observe, identify, and solve analytical problems in the People department: issues include but are not limited to, unifying data sources, improving data quality, enhancing the accuracy of measurements, and optimizing workflows and processes.
  • Take ownership of reporting on Employee Performance, Engagement, and Diversity and Inclusion metrics and KPIs.
  • Consolidate data from different sources into scalable and user-friendly tools and reports, primarily using Excel (Google Sheets), Workday, Amazon Redshift, and Python.
  • Use your analytical skills and technical mindset to solve inefficiencies within the People teams and assist them in making data-informed decisions.
  • Use Looker to maintain and build visualizations for Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Write SQL queries in Starburst and Amazon Redshift.
  • Automate reports and processes.
  • Communicate with stakeholders who come from non-analytical backgrounds and ensure that the relevant teams are aligned.
  • Contribute to raising the bar of analytics usage and understanding within the People department. You will have the opportunity to make a great impact on the internal teams and the company's success through People Analytics.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 1-2 years of work experience in enabling internal teams to make data-informed decisions.
  • The ability to swiftly adapt to changing business needs, iterate, and solve problems.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript, is desirable.
  • Familiarity with HR trends and People Analytics is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
  • A hands-on attitude and the capacity to execute independently.
