YOUR MISSION
You will play a key role to provide intelligence and solutions to Glovo’s Partner Insights & CRM teams. You will use and generate information regarding our Partners’ KPIs, historical data, market insights on macro and micro environment to contribute to Partner 360 Intelligence. Working in the Global team you will play a pivotal role for the teams in all our geographies to deliver insights from external and internal sources to derive exceptional Partner Experience.
You’ll be part of a new area and have the opportunity to work on new solutions and bring existing ones to the next level.

THE JOURNEY
- Provide analytical support to the Partner Insights and CRM team under HQ Partner Operations umbrella
- Evaluate strategic opportunities of Partner Experience improvement by performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Measure Partners Journeys Experience through NPS
- Understand, deep-dive into the data, to understand the reasons and the levers we can act upon to improve KPIs
- Track the impact of all the new implementations that you have proposed
- Own all dashboards and build new tools to improve the visibility of metrics in the department
- Assist with Salesforce Data configurations and migrations
- Develop and maintain scalable visualization tools and storytelling dashboards, and propose decisions in consequence.
- Understand global business needs and create insightful analysis to internal teams to make the right decision.
- Learn continuously while challenging, testing and improve a game-changing product
- Build robust relationships with stakeholders acting as a strategic and supportive link between the technology, business, and product
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor in Engineering, Maths or any other quantitative domain
- Demonstrated strong analytical expertise and highly advanced Excel and Python skills, proficient SQL skills.
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- 3+ years of professional experience outside of an academic and internship setting, in a quantitative analysis role
- Experience finding and tearing down data to establish a sustainable business strategy.
- Ability to present this data. You know how to easily explain complex concepts.
- Ability to manage the big picture, but also the smallest details. You're always on top of your deadlines and an organization freak.
- Proficiency in English is a must
NICE TO HAVES
- Professional experience in reporting to high-level stakeholders as business analyst, data analyst, data scientist, or similar.
- Experience of data integrations and migrations
- Project management experience.
