Our growing team, currently consisting of CRM specialists and developers, plays a key role in managing all internal systems used for daily business. Here, you'll have the autonomy to influence our operational focus and become a cornerstone in our company!

What you will do:

• Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for data-driven decisions.

• Establish a structure for how we work with data and identify improvement opportunities.

• Manage, structure, and analyse data from various sources. Knowledge in Salesforce is a plus.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to team members and management.

• Act as a sounding board in important decisions to ensure scalable solutions.

Who we think you are:

• A curious and analytically minded person, with a passion for solving complex problems and the ability to discover insights hidden in data.

• Unpretentious and curious, ready to tackle what's needed.

• Experience in data analysis or a similar role, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.

• Proficient in SQL and experienced with current visualisation tools.

• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-changing environment and is adaptable to change.
