This data analyst will play a pivotal role by turning data into actionable insights that will shape the future of our company. The aim is to leverage data to maximize revenue potential, optimize pricing strategies, and increase market share.   How You’ll Find Success Success in this role will stem from your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, comprehend complex business challenges, and apply quantitative analysis to derive actionable strategies. You will use cutting-edge technology and methodologies to analyze vast datasets, identify patterns, and propose innovative solutions that promote sustainable growth.   How You’ll Grow You will have the autonomy to drive your projects, coach others on how to manage their work and stakeholders, and through continuous learning and leadership opportunities, you will be in a position to influence company strategy   Things You’ll Do Do you love problem solving? In this role you will be challenged by executive leadership to find insights to problems, identify scalable solutions, and persuade key leaders to your recommendations. You will:
  • Collaborate with counterparts in finance, operations, and engineering on cross-functional problems.
  • Design, and develop dashboards to consolidate, and analyze large data sets, and build recommendations for action for the executive team.
Your reports and dashboards will be used across the company from the top leadership to the front line services team members. It is imperative that your analysis be accurate and compelling. The best candidates are storytellers who use data appropriately to make their story engaging and persuasive.   What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • BA / BS degree in mathematics, statistics, or another data-oriented field
  • 2-3 years of work experience in an analytical role
  • Proficient in SQL and R or Python, as well as advanced Excel functions
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g. Qualtrics, Tableau, DOMO), and principles
  • Understanding of statistics
  • Experience managing priorities and timelines without significant oversight
  • Ability to present in front of large groups and executives clearly and concisely
  • Ability to discover problems independently and coupled with the ability to execute and solve them largely independently
  • Work well with others and with little direction
  • Customer-obsessed
