Team Description

We’re a lean, impact-driven Revenue Operations team embedded in Sales & Growth, focused on Brazil while collaborating globally. We unify data, automate operations, and enable faster, smarter decisions across existing and new channels, partnering closely with global peers on models, KPIs, and visualizations.

As a Data Analytics Coordinator, you will directly lead 4-5 team members and serve as the technical reference to develop, optimize and maintain the data infrastructure across all of Sales & Growth. You will own the strategy and execution of our data infrastructure and automation roadmap, strengthening the bridge between data and the business while operating with high ownership.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain the data infrastructure and analytics platform within Sales & Growth.
  • Automate data-related and broader operational processes across Sales & Growth to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Lead growth automation initiatives end to end, from scoping with stakeholders to delivery, monitoring, and measurement.
  • Establish and enforce data quality, testing, documentation, and governance standards across pipelines and models.
  • Collaborate with the Brazil and global Data Analytics Chapters to align models, KPIs, processes, and best practices.
  • Develop reports and presentations that communicate complex data, processes, or operations insights clearly and effectively to company leaders, enabling decision-making.
  • Manage the Data Analytics team to drive impact across the business and upskill technical expertise and data capabilities across Sales & Growth.

You’ll Be Great for This Role If

  • You have advanced or fluent English and can collaborate effectively with global teams.
  • You have advanced SQL and can write, optimize, and review complex queries at scale.
  • You have hands-on experience with data transformation and modeling (ETL/ELT).
  • You have experience with data visualization, preferably with Tableau or Power BI.
  • You have proven leadership experience (direct or indirect) driving projects and influencing technical decisions.
  • You have strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and clear, structured communication.
  • You are comfortable defining OKRs, measuring outcomes, and iterating based on data.

Nice to Have

  • You have practical experience with DBT, Airflow (or similar orchestrators), and Git-based workflows.
  • You have production experience with Python for data processing and automation.
  • You bring knowledge of statistics and experimentation to inform decision-making.
  • You have a data engineering background and understand best practices for scalable data systems.
