The Data & Operations Associate will be a mission-driven individual with an acute eye for detail, a strong ability to take initiative, and confidence in adeptly balancing many priorities. The Data & Operations Associate should be motivated by the opportunity to develop and create opportunities for under-served youth and young adults in our community. A successful candidate for this role will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills who is excited to roll up their sleeves and engage in every element of our organization. Help R2H execute existing operational processes and create new efficiencies and operating procedures.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide organizational and logistical support to the Road to Hire team
  • Carry out current processes and iterate/create new operational processes
  • Assist with billing and payroll processes as needed
  • Provide administrative support related to contracts
  • Track and report measures of success
  • Schedule and facilitate events, meetings, and more
  • Provide a critical source of communication for students and external stakeholders through newsletters, surveys, and follow-ups.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of professional experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Passionate about and strongly aligned with Road to Hire’s mission and core beliefs
  • Proven experience in utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong relationship-building skills; ability to quickly build trust with team members and external stakeholders
  • Able to balance multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Seeks out feedback and coaching for continuous improvement
  • Displays confidence, professional presence, and polish; ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Exercises strong judgment

 

Compensation:

  • Cash Compensation Range: $55,000-$65,000**Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
