Data Engineer will own the setup, management, deployment, and tracking of complex multi-channel marketing campaigns while also taking responsibility for designing and implementing scalable data solutions. You will be the go-to expert for both campaign management and data extraction, helping to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and improve automation to deliver impactful results for our clients.

You will: 

  • Design and create segments using SQL for complex multi-channel journeys, including dynamic content and trigger-based deployment.
  • Automate manual processes and continuously improve the efficiency of existing automation using SQL, Python, and other relevant tools.
  • Monitor campaign deployments & deliverability, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze documentation and propose data extraction solutions; write code to interact with APIs for data download/upload.
  • Work with the Marketing Sciences team to set up, track campaigns, and collaborate with the development team to productionalize code.
  • Own the campaign implementation, management, and monitoring on platforms such as Adobe Campaign Classic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Pega, and Braze.
  • Provide solutions to current data issues while ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with agency, vendor, partner, and client stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding results, deliverables, and statuses of programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in tagging and data infrastructure design to enhance marketing and business analytics.
  • Stay up to date on industry news and advanced analysis techniques while driving process improvement excellence.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • English proficiency (B2+/C1).
  • 3-5 years of experience using SQL, Python, or working with APIs for data extraction.
  • 3-5 years of experience designing ETL solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing technologies like Salesforce, Databricks, Azure, Snowflake, and AWS.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional reporting skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, SSJS, and personalization in campaign tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working in cross-functional teams across different organizations.
  • Proven experience in campaign management on platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Pega, or Braze is a PLUS.
  • Strong project management and customer relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge across a wide range of subjects.
