Doctolib is facing new challenges thanks to our fast growth. One of them is to establish Doctolib as a must have for all Healthcare Professionals in Europe.

To do that, we are looking for a Data quality analyst to support us on scaling Doctolib’s Data quality domain.

You will join our passionate high performing B2B Master Data team in order to scale data quality across Doctolib. The end goal is to maximize the company’s performance at every level, from strategic decision making to team operational excellence. 

We aim to facilitate, coordinate & drive data quality initiatives via five pillars :

  • Monitoring: follow the impact of our mission and communicate on them to maximize their reach
  • Governance: define & enable data quality standards and guidelines
  • Modeling: define the structure of our data and path its flow in our systems
  • Collection: find innovative solution to improve our market reach 
  • Operation: design & run process to maximize effectiveness of recurring jobs 

Reporting to the Data Quality project manager, you will help coordinate between all teams & countries. You will propose, support, manage and deliver data quality analyses and projects with all teams to help reach our utopia of a perfect database.

What you will do 1. Support data quality projects with informative data analysis:
  • Help scoping, driving & delivering data quality projects (data analysis, data strategy, quality, data sourcing etc.)
  • Implement scalable & lasting solutions to monitor and improve data quality
  • Ensure our database is efficient, complete & accurate and provide market knowledge on our prospect & competitors (Salesforces, MDM

2. Support Data Quality initiatives from all teams regarding following topics :

  • Data collection: support business teams in enriching our existing data
  • Data cleaning: support business teams in auditing & cleaning our existing data
  • Propose data maintenance procedure for our Operations team
Who you are

You could be our next team mate if you: 

  • You are data-savvy and can demonstrate it with either a probant previous internship or a few school/personal projects;
  • You know how to work in a digital and fast-paced environment;
  • You speak fluently English and French (fluent in one and at least B2 in the other); German/Italian are a plus;
  • You’re comfortable building convincing data analyses using statistical/data computing languages (SQL and/or Python would be appreciated), and have already worked with big databases;
  • You know how to communicate conclusions from your analyses to other stakeholders.

Now, it would be fantastic if you: 

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector - You are autonomous and proactive;
  • You have a knowledge of Tableau & MDM (Master Data Management) 
  • Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforces) 
  • Knowledge of Project Management methods
