About The Role

As a Data Quality Analyst you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like supporting the Operations Programs & Innovation department and specifically the Network Quality Team by analyzing and identifying logistic network inefficiencies, managing carriers delays and penalties.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Ensure compliance with service quality KPIs by monitoring and supporting continuous performance improvement.
  • Work together with carriers to reduce the impact of low performances through bonus/malus mechanisms.
  • Analyze operational issues by identifying their root causes and proposing corrective actions through daily KPIs monitoring (e.g., on-time performance, incidents).
  • Build supplier performance reports in order to create presentations useful to management.
  • Support the definition of processes with the aim of identifying best practices and improving performance.
  • Work closely with Operations and Program Management teams to improve our quality metrics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); essential proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct analyses and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptive mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
